Tuesday, 5 May 2009Wow, it seems like forever since I've checked out your blog, Sandy, and how cool it was to find you had just updated!
Your house looks really nice from the photos, and the boys always seem so happy. What a blessing they must be!
Tighter budgets have kept me off the road so much for the past few months, but the next three weeks I'm gone a LOT. I leave tomorrow morning at 5 AM and wont be back until Saturday night. Every week day for the following two weeks I'm at a different site, conducting focus groups with the foster parents. I've been neglecting my adoption cases, and need to put a solid week's worth of effort in... I guess the last week of the month.
I also need to push hard in Butler County (we've now got a contract with them), so we can get more parents so we can get more kids so I can go back to being a therapist. Probably.
Anyway, hope everyone is doing well, and I'll see you all in church!
I Cor 15:58 Therefore, my beloved sister, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
That's what I see in those beautiful faces... You are abounding in the work of the Lord, and your labor is not in vain.
