Neato Burrito was great. A feta cheese and jalapeno salsa? Oh, man, was that good! It's about five minutes from my regular hotel, open late, and gives me a reason to look forward to trips to Harrisburg!

Well I made a good meatloaf yesterday. I mixed 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground beef that was 93% lean. Very good. I couldn't even tell the difference. I made them mini single serving size and froze them. Quick easy meals. Well that is the longest I have ever written about meatloaf...
I think the burrito place sounds pretty good Rob. I love Mexican food. You must too because I remember you talking about a great Mexican place you went to when you visited your mom... any good recipes you want to share?? My B-day is on Cinco de Mayo so every year I have a Mexican fiesta. My step-mom makes really good Mexican food - the best guacamole you have ever tasted.
I am done being anonymous... I am using my real name now on blogs since I don't have to worry about my employer finding my blog. Yeah! I really feel great. I feel like I have had chains taken off, like a bird released from a cage. Can't wait to see where I will fly...
